《代格玻璃隔断产品质量承诺书》

    首先感谢您选择代格的玻璃隔断墙产品！

    Thank you for choosing our products!

    为保证产品质量，明确购销双方产品质量责任，确保产品质量合格，保证产品安全，特作如下保证：

     In order to ensure product quality, clear the liability of buyer and seller for product quality, we make the following guarantee:

     我公司提供的产品质量原则上按购货方规定的技术标准执行。在购货方没有规定的技术标准时，我公司将按照国家现行标准执行，并已向购货方提供产品样品，经购货方同意后向购货方提供产品，并保证产品质量的稳定和安全使用。

     In principle, the quality of our products would meet the technical standards of the buyer. If the buyer has no technical requirements on the products, the existing national standards will be executed. Our company will provide the samples, and after getting the confirmation from the buyer, then we will deliver the products and guarantee the product quality.

   非人为因素造成的产品损坏，玻璃隔墙供货方在质保期内有责任在5个工作日内积极配合妥善解决，如确属供货方的责任，供货方承担全部责任和费用。

    If the damage is not caused by artificial factor, our company has the responsibility to fix it properly within 5 working days under warranty, and if it`s the supplier`s factor, our company would bear all responsibilities and expense.

    本产品质量保证书有效期以质保书签署日期开始计算期限，质保期到期时终止。

This certificate of quality comes into effect upon the date of signature, and terminates on the date of expiration of warranty.
